CGTalk - Possible Link Orientation Controller?

I know it does not exist in max at the moment but is there a possibility of a rotation controller that acts like a link Constraint controller but on the position, rotation, and scale level of controllers?

Anyone know if one has already been made using SDK or maxScript?

what, you mean like the position constraint and orientation constraint controllers?
