From Alias website,

"If you've downloaded the Bonus Tools prior to October 2003, you'll want to obtain this update.

The Booster Pack includes new procedural textures, polygon and UV tools, and Trax commands, together with a number of bug fixes. This is a complete set of the Maya Bonus Tools and can be installed over the old version as described below."

Nope..
They are in the 5.0\bonusTools5.0\prefs\icons folder.. shift the ones you require into your 5.0\prefs\icons.

Why they don't source from that folder is beyond me..
The Freckles procedural is neat :D

No problemo. :)

I noticed two of my renderNodes were missing icons, and seriously delaying Hypershade on startup, seems Maya looks several times for the missing icons
Not sure why Alias didn't make all the textures/materials icons, but oh well.

I made two icons (Skin Shader | Splatter Texture )
