It never happened before, or i didnt pay much attention to it!
WHen i want to select the hood of my car, it selects whatever is underneath of what i want to select. Like, if u have a nurbs plane and a cube underneath it (not intersecting), it'll not select the plane but the cube. WHY? URgent! Thanks

You could try drag-selecting both, then shift-deselecting the one you don't want selected.

Yo, thanks man. That'll work. But what if we are talkin about fillets, small surfaces? I get the picture anyway.

That's an awesome car! What material did you use on that? (the parts that aren't textures)

I used Blinn shaders for the parts like the wheels, and the body, as well as the interior, and other stuff. Mostly, its just plain colors. I used MRay for rendering and HDRI for reflections. I found out that it works best when u dont use a sphere around ur scene, but a poly cube. THat way reflections will be sharp and as they appear in real life. But when u use like a sphere, it makes the reflections round and unrealistic, so i think a cube will do it. If I
I'm mistaken , please correct me.

Btw, thanks for positive comments.

IS there a way to find blueprints for Jaguar XK type of cars? I know onno's and suurland sites, but thats not what i need. I need larger images. Are there any other sites besides the ones i mentioned?? Any better ones? Like for luxury cars (bmw, lexus, aston martin).
