Hey all here is a control Interface that I have been working on using a combination of Morpgh Targets and Bones to control the face.

Here is an extreme pose, definately not one of beauty :)

it looks like a pretty handy animation control interface for max users. Maybe you should show the entire control interface though.

ha ha sliders in max cool, im an XSI user and this stuff is a standard feature. u can blend as many "clips" of pose or animation in the animation mixer. then its a simple matter to link the mixer weight to control sliders. i imagine ure finding these sliders rather handy? hopefully they'll become a standard feature in all 3d packages so handy!

whether a program has sliders or not built in (which Max does have they just save space by using spinners instead for the standard UI) I will always write my own interface for controlling characters that way I can group all mu controls together and save of realestate when animating.

All the software titles are pretty powerful nowadays, its what the user does with them that makes all the difference. I will use whatever software the studio I work at is using because the principles will always be the same from platform to platform.

non linear animation mixers are a major improvment and not all programs are easy to customise plus its dependant on ure knowledge of script mine stops beyond dragging and dropping lol

there is some heavy script in that interface but I like the way it worked out. Plus its totally expandable.
