I'm designing a Flash game using ActionScript and making the graphics in Maya. I'm more of a graphics guy, so the programming aspect will be quite minor, but playable. The concept of the game is to give visual reinforcment to those who procrastinate.

At the beginning the user/player will be given a task and then enter an abstract setting representing the inside of their head/brain. The game is to keep the productivity for that task high by managing the distractions that enter the brain. The task for my demo game will simply be getting homework done, while the distractions for getting homework done can be summed up in three general themes for myself; cleaning (which will be represented by a vacuum), communication (ie email), and entertainment (TV for most, not myself -- but I wanted it to apply to a wider audience). The player is required to eliminate the distractions by clicking on them; the game plays like a shooting gallery of sorts. Besides eliminating distractions, there will also be a couple characters that represent time-managment and deadline awareness. If the user clicks those their productivity rating, which is averaged at the end of two minutes, goes up.

Here is a shot of the inside of the head/brain:

And the following are the characters in their present states -- all are rigged and actually animated, but I don't have enough room to host that. The TV isn't textured yet.:

The game is not working correctly right now (I said I'm not a programmer didn't I? hehe), but is in progress. A working alpha version won't be done until later in November probably -- if even then, I'll shoot for making a trailer movie first.

So yeah, that's one of the several projects that I'm the middle of. Thanks for looking!
