Hello! First let me say that I have not formally studied math since high school (20 years ago). And even then I only got up to Algebra 2 (got an A tho :P ). In any case, mathematically I am rusty.

I would like to start studying 3D math and giving myself refresher courses. Can anyone recommend a study path?

Thanks!

i am 2nd to highly recommend this. The actual problem is some 3d math books for games etc dig very deeper into math which is not normally required for max users so Bobo hit the target very well, precise but to the point info.

Thanks for the flowers!

The goal with that DVD was to explain how to use math without knowing math (since I both HATE and DON'T REALLY KNOW math)

I don't recommend it if you actually want to learn math. It is meant to be used if you need to use vector and matrix operations in Max but don't care about the underlying science...

I had it in the queue last night actually but did a google search on the title to see if it was elsewhere.

One of the first returns was youtube of all places! The poster looked like a spammer as he had some kind of phone jailbreaking for a description of the video. Never the less I watched the first few vids - good stuff. I will however buy the DVD's as Bobo will be sending in the copyright thing to youtube and I want to do what I can to support his awesome efforts. I am at work and don't have the link else I would send it to Bobo directly.

Let me know if you need it and I will send it when I get home.

Cheers!
