CGTalk - Update - viewport -

Since i've installed both CPS Tools and BPT when i try to do some modification at my character (or else) a square pop up appear and say "UPDATE" - when i click on this the viewport updates... Who made this horrible thing come out??? How can i disable that?

Help me!

I found how to fix this by myself deleting windowprefs.... But now i'm courious: how can i recreate this boxed UPDATE pop up?
