The drawings cool!
But is it just me or are there some perspective problems..?
If he's flying through the air, then forget wat I said.
If he is in fact "Wall jumping" I've got some crits..
- If he's clinging to the wall, there is a slight moment of non-momentum, thus his cloth should not be swinging backward..
-And if he indeed "standing" on the wall ready to jump off,his right arm would be pushed even further backward by the wall close to dislocation...
if not... It's Nice!

:buttrock: :buttrock: MAN!! If you are looking for a job you should get in touch with a company called Rackham..... I am guessing you live in france of course...... anyway I LOVE the character and the whole composition.
The reason I say you should get in touch with Rackham is because the concept art for their miniature line is VERY similar in style to what you have here........... I am of the VERY strong opinion that they would hire you in a flash.
ANyway their site is currently down but for future reference.......... and in case you are ever looking for inspiration ( that is how I came across their stuff. ) try CONFRONTATION STORE (http://www.rackham-store.com/boutique_us/liste_rayons.cfm?code_lg=lg_us&num=26)
There should be a link somewhere on that page that will get you to their main page. ANyway this is really excellent work you have here. I look forward to seeing more of your stuff.

even though he said he's jumping, I still think if you put a shadow stretching beneath him in the bottom left hand corner it would ease the confusion of what he's actually doing, that blade is humongous but i guess thats something you like. but overall its a good peice, i like the character design, good work

Are you currently employed?
I'm not sure why, but right when I opened this thread and saw the drawing......I thought of pirates.

all those great reactions motivate me to work more !
I'll try to do something more "readable" next time. And perhaps one day I'll work in a company as concept artist :))

holy crap! you dn't work? from what its worht you definately have something worthy for your portfilio. I think the rag on his head is what made the other member think of a pirate. I love the design, the weapon just looks a little bulky to me. lighting is cool, maybe stronger shadows could help alot. I'm playing around with photoshop these days and i hope i could get your garsp for painting using the software.
good work

I like the colors and the lighting. most of all. The character feels a little ridgid, but overall I like it! Good work.
