CGTalk - Cherry Tree rendering bright

View Full Version : Cherry Tree rendering bright

I recently discovered the paint effects tool in Maya and I have a hard time figuring out why this cherry tree is rendering very bright at the top using mental ray. I converted the tree to polygons already and I fiddled with the reflectivity and other stuff but to no avail. All of the other trees in the paint brush tool renders fine except for this one and I don't believe there are any lights in the scene. If any of you can help me it would be helpful.

on rener settin render option set off post effects. Or change your shader with mia_material
