Please Help !!! I have a huge Symetry problem!!!

It seems that the orientantion of the mirror is wrong and I don't know how to fix it....
I tried to fix it with the affect hierchy only but when i try to orient it right the hole part deform why?

resetXform, then apply Symmetry.
