A new one:)
Select 2 bones:
-> the first one is the anchor bone
-> the second is where you want your IK goal to be( the IK will be at the tip of this bone ).
If you have some foot or hand bones ( children of the second bone selected ) there's no problem, the plug preserves hierarchy.
