Great stuff! The magazines and folders full of papers are especially well done. The phone and gooseneck lamp look CG-ish too me. I think the phone should be darker (near black) and more specular to look like bakelite plastic. The metal of the lamp might be more reflective and have a higher specular value too.
Everything else looks very realistic. I love the little paper circles from the hole punch! Nice lighting and atmospherics. Hardly any crits at all.
Now add a bottle of scotch and a smoldering cigarette and you'll have all the cliches in there. :)

Thank you for your feedback.Concerning the phone :the scene is located in an office somethere in Germany in the around 1970 or 1980.That kind of phones (with that special color )were often used in offices here.So i`ve choosen that color.
Adding more items of cliches would be too much for me ;) .

Rollmops,
I think your scene looks really good overall, but you might consider adding a little fog atmosphere to bring the focus more toward the desk. There is so much "going on" in the scene that it's hard to find something specific to focus on. I am guessing that having no focal point is intentional, to show the chaotic state of the room. Is that right?
With regards to the phone... what if you scaled it down just a bit? It looks great, but seems too large to me. Even if they really were that big, you might impart some artistic license and shrink it if only to take a bit of the attention off it. It just seems to stand out too much and that was the only reason I could find.
The only other thing I notice is there is a lack of glossiness on surfaces that would/should have some glossy/reflective qualities. Such as the metal parts of the briefcase, lamp shade/base, pen, etc. I think adding a subtle reflection/gloss to those surfaces would help bring out more realism.
Great modelling and texturing job!!!
