CGTalk - Maya UI template

Where can i find the mel files that create the UI's for Mayas native tools? I would like to use them as templates to create my own tools and am not sure where to locate the code.

location:maya instalation/scripts

You have all scripts in there , and you will have to dig to find what you are looking for.
