I would have done the lighting challenges with everyone else but as I just got in to this umm 2 weeks ago. I thought I would work through the challenges anyways and post as I go.
Also a note that I don't know much about shaders, so please forgive my very fake looking fruit. I am a theatrical Lighting designer.
