I have a few questions...

Can one pay for tech talks individually? Share a Full Conference pass between days that are more relevant to each other? Or is my only way of catching a few Tech Talks to buy the Full Conference pass?

No, you can't pay for individual talk sessions. You only options are either the regular Full Conference pass or a one-day Full conference pass. If you're only interested in talks of one or two days, then buying the one-day Full conefrence pass(es) will be cheaper. But if you want to attend talks between 3-5 days, your only option would be a regular Full Conference pass.
