I will post my start, befor I enter in any more details...right now it's not so malefic...but after a wile, you should make the best soup in town, if you don't want to be shut down .. :p

At the end I will rigg him. to make some animation...to be an really tribute to pixar

This character is just great, waiting to see the details. Maybe be carefull with the size of his hands.
