Job Description:
Looking for an individual that will artistically direct and participate in a dynamic team environment with high attention to detail while meeting fast-turnaround deadlines. They must be able to communicate in an articulate manner with full clarity and fluency. Strong work ethics and workflow is paramount. Familiarity with the commercial/advertising market and clientele.
Work Experience:
A minimum of 4 professional years in a related field.
Necessary Requirements:
• Strong understanding in Visualization (form, rhythm, proportions, value, composition, etc..).
• Strong understanding in Color Theory (value, contrast, depth, rhythm, etc..).
• Strong understanding in illustration, painting, or any related primitives of art.
• Strong understanding in conceptualization (character, environment, product, etc..).
• Strong understanding in animation (timing, spacing, posing, etc..).
• Strong understanding in the CG workflow.
Necessary Software Knowledge:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Any industry proven 3D package
Preferred Requirements:
• Strong skills in Storyboarding.
• Strong skills in Illustration.
• Strong skills in Character design.
• Strong skills in Environment design.
• Strong skills in Matte painting.
• Strong skills in CG compositing.
Preferred Software Knowledge:
• Adobe After Effects
• Autodesk Maya
