Cool character and nice colours.
I don't really see how he is standing. He does not seem to touch the skateboard...
The pumpkin should not have a straight cut but should be serrated.
I like the dog's expression! (nice teeth btw  )
Voila. Good work.
Whoa, that almost scared me to death.

First thing I thought when I looked at it was "Oh, the colors are so very... the nineties" :D This is a compliment, I loved the agressive colors of 90`s music videos and still do.
I agree, the candy stuff needs texturing, right now it`s just a set of basic colors. Their texture needs a bump map with lots of pleads and folds and some silver shine. Also, lots of stuff in the image seems just to be floating, did you get lost a little in all these wires? I think his shoes shouldn`t be red, you tend to overlook them because of the background.
But anyway, nice work, great colors. Very disturbing to see a dog with a blue-violet Joey Ramone haircut
