I have a question...

can some animators and cg lovers (like me) join these online courses? and can they get any certifications to enter industry? Does any company allow Iranians to come and make cg for them?

I am doubting about getting visa for immigration.

No school certificate will land you a job doing modeling or animation. What companies care most about is the quality of the work you show them and prior experience.
