Looks good. It's hard to say for sure becuase of the preview size, but it seems to work quite well. The chair movements are really good. The character anim could do with a little more work though, but if your just interested in compositing ideas, then I would say the shadows need a little bit more consideration. Look at the shadows the girl casts, then look at the ones you have made for the alien. The girls shadows are much darker, so you need to make the aliens shadow a bit darker aswell. Especially right beneath his feet, because atm the shadow is an unnaturaly even shade of grey.

Also, I'm not entirely sure what is going on with the shadow and the chair. It seems to me as if the rays almost totally ignore the presence of the chair and therefore we can't see the blocky shadow of the chair in combination with the aliens shadow when he is sitting down. In general it seems as if the shadow is casting a little bit too long. I'm basing this judgment by looking carefully at the angles of other real shadows in the scene, which suggest a much more overhead light.

One other thing... why is the aliens computer screen blank? is it supposed to be? otherwise he just interacts with nothing.

I hope that helps.

Hi, thank you for taking your time,

you are very right with the shadow casting, will work on it, i was only working with the shadow channel that came out from 3dsmax, but í will work some "hand made shadows" on combustion,

the screen is blank because i forgot to turn it on when i was shooting the vid, and the animation is very simple, because i was trying to focus more on compositing, even though I didn´t get satisfied with animation either.

thank you,
