View Full Version : Maya IKFK switching, making leg stay in its place

Hey everyone,

I have setup a stretchy leg on my IK segment, but the foot will not stay in the same place when the stretchy is activated. When you move the COG controller, it slides and rotates and I am trying to make it stay in the same place.

Any suggestions?

a screenshot would be very helpful i guess :) for starters, doublecheck your hierarchy, constraints, nodes and everything, but since you most likely already done that, a screen would be the way to go :)

I ended up putting the chain into a blendColors, and it worked perfectly!
