View Full Version : use Stroke as revealing Mask !?

I have a Stroke effect on a path of text.
I animated it so it reveals the text.
how do I make it so it is used as a -mask ? thus, so instead of it being white (or any color) it is hidding the text it is on top ?

Precompose the layer with the stroke, use it as a travelling matte on the layer you want to reveal/mask.
