I don't do detailed sketches...just enough to remind me of the images in my head.

Well here's the first rough out of the foreground...It's not the official Modeling or texturing pics so I'm linking it my self. I didn't want to use up their bandwith for an unofficial pic. Is that the way to do it?
anyway here it is.

Well, the modeling is almost done. The textures and atmospherics are just a hint of what I have in mind.
You could consider this a more detailed sketch

Any ideas of where to go with what I've started would be GREAT!

Well...the texture on the ground and mountains is making me sick, I can't wait to change it. What I have planed will take some time and I'm just getting done with the modeling (one thing at a time right?). I'm about 90% done with the modeling now. I'm going to change a thing or two and add some small stuff.
Please let me know what you think and where I can improve...I can't think of everything;)
anyhooo..here's the latest

I just couldn't just leave that horribly tiled ground there...so here's the last one for a day or two!
And any crits would be nice:lightbulb

nice sketches they only lack of details i think what it needs is more of reallistic rules like giving the horizon a bit of distance and the river a place to flow in, and like that and be more thoughtful and try to figure out more ideas, ;)
good luck,:arteest:

thx Designer2- Yea, I've been thinking about just what you've said....I've got a few ideas about it. I'm sure I'll come up with something. And I've got alot of detail, texturing and lighting to think about.
Thanks for reinforceing my suspicions :)
