View Full Version : Missing Bodypaint 2 tutorial files?

I'm (finally!) going through the BP2 tutorials on the documentation disk, but on most of the tutorials I am told by the video to load scene files that don't exist, or if they do often have missing textures (actually the names appear to have been scrambled to 8.3 style filenames for some of the texture files).

Are other people having the same problems, or have I missed an update somewhere along the line?

I'm running C4D8.2 and BP2 on a PC.

Hi Steve,

Did you try copying the files to your hard drive, or are you running them from the CD?

I've copied the project files and texture directories to the HD, I'm watching the videos direct from the CD.

A lot of the scene files just don't exist. I've done a file search of the CD using several of the names used in the video and got no matches.

So, am I correct in thinking that everyone else can find them? If so, maybe I've got a bad disk...

Yes,I had the same thing.I called Maxon in U.k who said they would send me a new cd.When I recieved it all the same files where missing.I still haven't received a cd with the correct files and this is after almost 2 months.Maybe you should give them a ring and let them know as they have had a while to sort this out and I'm sure a lot of users are getting the same cd.

Ok, so I'm not alone, and not just being stupid. I'll give them a ring and see what they say.
