View Full Version : Vector Field Gas Node

Hi, I came out a vector field to drive particles according to the field. I haven't tried applying the technique and I didn't really know how, but I was given a direction of using GAS-advect, gasfieldVOP or fieldForce node. However, I have not touch/learn about the "Gas series" of nodes. Is there any place to read about them or understand them better?

Done by Peter Claes. A good friend of mine. You will learn a lot.

There are some tutorials available from the sidefx website.

Specific to a certain fire model. Although not really applicable to what you are trying to achieve it does create some good and useful insight. (fairly old)

Other then that there are some cmi v f x tutorials on Pyro etc.
