Sure, if you have at least 4 panos identical except separated by a minimum of 2 f-stops exposure, and you take those four panos into a program like HDRShop and (assuming you have a reasonably calibrated lens) combine them into an HDRI. But for good results you'll want at least 10 panos with 1 stop increments between them.
In other words no, you can't take a single pano and convert it into an HDRI. What makes an HDRI an HDRI, aside from the 64 bit format, is the presence of lightness information that can't be captured in a single exposure. It's actually a hellatious amount of work to make a decent panoramic HDRI, particularly if you're talking about a 360x180 equirectangular pano. Light probes are a lot easier, but still a pretty good amount of work.

Im using View D Esprit to create the Panoramic Images for lighting. So all Ill need to do is render it several times at diffrent contast settings right ?
