Hello fellow collaborators;
I'm a photographer in Toronto who is gearing up for another summer of model photography. I shoot agency and freelance models in a variety of nature (ie. not studio) locations. Last summer I retained a puritan approach with minimal effects to my work. This year I'd love to go full-out with some digital illusion.
I'm looking for a matte painter or general visual effects artist who can insert some of their art into my photograph(s), either adding to the existing scenery or making the photograph part of a larger image. Here's a very quick example (link (http://imgs.abduzeedo.com/files/tutorials/reader-tut-matte//4861495740_7aba724667_b.jpg))
This is a no-stress, artistic venture. This is not my day-job and it is completely creative-driven. I'm not looking to dictate what is added to the photograph (EDIT: although I can dictate if you prefer). I would assume that the imagery being added will rely on inspiration by the photograph itself. I'm open to suggestions on angles and scenery to make the job easier.
Please take a look at some of my work from last summer (link (http://www.flickr.com/photos/danielfrome/sets/72157623554049993/show/)) to determine if you like my photographs.
