hi all :)
I will be happy to get some critiques on my cleaner dude work in progress, for my next short.

I have a question - how should i model his cloth so i could get nice wrinkles in his shirt looking more realistic.
should i try a cloth simulation?

Are the wire frames good for animation?
I plan to do a lot of face morphs.

thanks for all...waiting to hear from you :)

Hey there.

You did everything right except for the category. You need to make the category say "Private", which is the last category from the dropdown.

If the category is Private, then your file goes into the right directory for it to work.

Give it another try! I'd like to see this work out.

Thanks for trying.

Alec

Yay! Thanks for sticking with it!

I like the character of your model. Looks like he'll be fun to animate, especially his facial expressions.

A little more detail around the knee area would be nice. The tube legs don't seem to fit the rest of the character.

Do you have a wireframe so we can see how the joints are modeled for animation?

Thanks,

Alec

mhmhmh it's much better for you if you try SimCloth (if you using 3dsmax) a most important cloth simulator.......and it is freeware ^_^

The First time of creation of a Character is Define the origin of this :

- What he eat? How it walks? Is Human Character or Comic Character? etc......:D

you might want to finish it first ;) but it's looking good, how many iterations?

Dont worry I plan to finish working on him , before I animate :)
Just wanted to know if the joints are in good place.
what is iterations?

Do you mean iretations?
He has 4 render steps in patch model.

no iterations ;) it's a max term for meshsmoothed polys, but then again you might be using Maya or LW
