can u post some updates, the lighting needs some work (IMO)
the textures look too flat, and they are way too noisy (lower the noise a bit, especially on the wall with the window, it looks too perfect compared to the other worn maps for adjacent and parallel walls.
change that yellowish attic-like thing on the roof, (IMHO) i would remove it completely, it takes away from the scene. modeling looks great tho. keep working on the lighting and textures

one suggestion would be to meke the edges not so straight, perhaps some slight offset of the angles.

hehe :D please do notice I am still texturing as for the attic it's untextured. Here is my workflow 1)modelling 2)texturing 3)lighting. also please realise I tweak and add stuff if I feel it's needed during this work flow :)

You still have to work with the lighting, and your textures need some work too. They look like as if they were painted. They are too flat, and the street texture looks like a carpet or something.
I like your idea and your camera angle. About the light, the scene is to bright, in comparasing to your black sky.
Just some few pointers I hope you can use. Keep up the good work, looking forward to an update.

i think one thing thats working against you is the color difference going on there in your textures. there doesnt seem to be much fluidity in that respect. i think, especially consdiering the state and color of older alleyways, everything in them usually has a grey, brown hue to it. right now your textures look a bit new and clean.
i would suggest killing that blue grey you have on the ground. thats the biggest problem. make it more brown like the rest of your scene.
