C&C welcome, although my tight deadline wouldn`t allow too much changes...Maybe in the next project?

I like it, mostly... but a few comments...
Namely, the eyes.
1) The color really freaks me out. If it's a result of his "powers", cool. Otherwise, incredibly bright, a shade I've never seen...
2) The size of the iris. It's just plain tiny, for a human. Maybe double the diameter 9or slightly less than double)...
Meanwhile, the chin and the look of the cowl remind me a whole HECK of a lot of that guy who played the Flash on the TV series...

like what was said the skin is nice but the cloth makes him look like a wreaster more than a hero nice otherwise

looking great, I don't really have much of a crit other than his costume is it latex or cloth, you should define the difference that's my only crit ;)

Update guys:
http://w3.enternet.hu/matefy/previewHeroHeadTextureRadNarrowPupil01.jpg
I corrected the size of the iris. I forgot to mention, that eye color and luminosity is intentional, and result of powers, as Valandar mentioned.
Cloth is not textured yet, but ther won`t be too much texture on it. My clients has designed the costume, so I have little influence on it. Keep commenting, I need constructive crits!

still coming along smoothly, but I just can't seem to dig the look of the cloth, it's as if it has no texture to it. btw How about a wire :D

I think you're doing a great job !! cannot wait to see the whole body if there is one of course :D
Just one thing I prefer you reduce the raytraced reflections (i guess) on his eyes, that redness reflected from the mask is distracting. Just an opnion.
Good luck.

Looks great. As already said, the cloths would be the most intimitating part of the scene, but if you´re bound to that... The skin itself looks great.

update, eyes remodelled, remapped. Small edits on textures, and mask taking form, based upon client concepts

modeling is pretty awesome here.. I would only add that the chin is a bit "weak" you could make it a little rounder closer to the bottom lip (like in it's a bit too flat). The skin color looks a little washed out , might try warming it up a little, he looks a little sickly. The irises look good now, but kinda liked the first coloration than the faky blue look now, they kinda just look like colored contacts and are they illumined slightly? that might help convey the since they are colored by other than natural means.
I did notice an artifact in the grey to red part of the cowl to the side and top of the head and am curious if it's from the polys needing refinement there or if the UV map didn't meet properly.
thumbs up* great work!

About the eyes, as I told, he has to have a supernatural look in the eyes. Therefore almost ANY deviances approvable :))
Anyway, I realized, that at midnight I forgot one texture to add to the eye shader, causing the contact lens effect. I`ll take care of it.
Skin. I`m quite happy with the skin, I think it`s healthy enough (and most user comments on other forum support this as well)
Chin. I`ve attached the head`s shaded and wire image, you can see, it has enough curvature. I think it`s the lighting, I check it out.
Artifact. It`s because of masking, and a little overdriven bump value, I`m gonna take care of it.
Thanks the comments, good examinations!http://w3.enternet.hu/matefy/HeroHeadWire.jpg

As far as trying to enhance the cloth, I would suggest adding some seams at appropriate points, right now it looks to be a solid piece of cloth. The addition of the silver mask helped break up the monotone, but some small bump mapping around the edges indicating seams could really help I think.
