The trailer for the effects-heavy digital short ColourBleed is now online. Shot over four months, in two countries with nothing more than a Canon 5D. Featuring vfx work from industry heavyweights, hailing from Double Negative, Sony and Framestore, all contributing for the common love of indie flimmaking.

I'm intrigued. Oddly enough, less about the vfx and more about the story. Any idea on when the final film is going to be release to the public?

The BBC were kind enough to let me take the short to festivals for 6 months before they take it and air it on the BBC HD Channel, as well as post it on the BBC iPlayer.

So look for it to air around September, unless of course you see it on the big screen at a festival, where it plays best!
