I actually entered this when it started but with a different concept, over the past few weeks I decided to develop a new God as I wasn't happy with the last one, it was too boring. So I began to toy with a different idea and abandoned my last theme of a machine god and instead trying out a more demonic looking God. The Harvester of Tortured Souls, basically he goes around taunting people getting them rilled up so they fight others who have also been visited by him. Be it a fight between two people or entire nations, he lives of the souls of the dead who have been through hell, seen and done unspeakable things, hes always there in their minds planting seeds of anger and hatred towards others pushing them to kill and conquer.
As he floats around in sight of his victims they each believe he is on their side, telling them why they have to kill, showing them visions of their enemies nightmarish deeds, all fabrications and lies to turn innocent souls into hate filled killers. Its not until they are killed by another victim of this God that they realize what they have done, and see the sick trick that has been played upon them, this last act plunges the soul into yet another state of torture and they remain in his grasp for eternity. Forever tortured souls filled with hate, anger, sadness and disbelief. these souls are then used to further inflict horrible visions upon even more victims.

Began to refine the concept further, toying with the idea that hes pulling along a huge sphere that holds the souls he harvests. Below his legs is a stormy cloud of sorts, maybe where the souls are captured, might have it so the cloud swirls around the orb depositing the captured souls into it.

Began blocking in the composition and layout of the final image, still several elements that have not yet been added, just messing with the God's placement and battlefield.
