if your saving an image in photoshop and you want premier to interperate that image at a specific aspect ratio like square pixels, or 0.9 pixels or whatever whats the process of ensuring the images come into premier with a specific aspect ratio

You control the aspect ratio either in Photoshop, or in Premiere.

In Photoshop:
- when creating a new file, choose a pixel aspect ratio.
- with an existing file, you can preview/set aspect ratios in the Display menu

In Premiere, right-mouse click an imported Photoshop file. Choose MODIFY-->INTERPRET FOOTAGE. Change the aspect ratio as you see fit.

Done.
