Kewl. I wonder who will handle direction at Blur now? I'd be surprised if he can do *both* while Deadpool is in production...

I wonder if he loves playing these comic parts or its all he can get (or they pay the best--probably this).
He has done two different comics parts for Marvel and one for DC.
Used to be an actor wouldnt want to be typecast-and companies wouldnt want "brand confusion" but there aren't as many acting options that pay well.

I'd rather see a Blur animated comics movie though. That last DC one with a giant woman crashing into buildings-that's the kind of stuff that live action cannot do.

Ditto. That's why The Incredibles is one of my all time favorite animated movies. It's a perfect example of what CG animation can do for the that genre. Advent Children (plot issues aside) is another great example of over the top super hero type action with semi-realistic characters done right.
