View Full Version : MaxScript File lost

Hello,

I spend the whole day on a script, as I already had problems with 3ds maxscript files, I saved different versions of my script with differents names.
Then 3dsMax crashed, i thought : "hopefully i saved my work several times!" but all my MaxScript files mysteriously disappeared. I tried to recover my files using a program like "undelete" but no results, Windows is also searching on my hard drives but no results at the moment.

Did someone had the same problem ? I'm having horrible headaches !

search your computer for *.ms
sort by date.
you probably saved to your profile folder, Documents and Settings\yourUserName\Application Data... or Users\yourUserName\AppData... not the Max root.
