Can anyone recommend Max4 Project Manager ?
It seems like a handy, useful, and well-rounded tool.

These are a few of its features:

provides integrated tools for project data management. It will let the user:

1. Define Projects with localized paths for all Assets including Scenes, Images, Sounds, Scripts etc. to bring order to your working HDD and allow for easy navigating, synchronizing between machines and archiving.
2. Force 3ds max 4 to load/save data into the specified directories by redirecting the System Paths to Project Presets.
3. Quickly browse Assets by Project with detailed file information (thumbnail, scene details, file size, modification/creation date etc.) and load them from a single MODELESS dialog.
4. Perform context-sensitive file operations on multiple files from the Project Manager dialog without navigating deep menus, for example browse/listen to sound files and load a WAV as a Scene SoundTracks with a single click.
5. Archive all or some of the Project Assets using MaxZip.
6. Generate a HTML Catalog to overview or take an indexed snapshot of the state of all Project Assets.

Check it out here if you haven't seen it:

It's an excellent script, particularly useful if you have a number of concurrent projects, or projects that need to be quckly and easily packaged for submission, etc.

Thank you kindly LFShade :) ,

One more question about it, how safe and stable is it?

Thanks again,

Been using it for nearly a year now, and the only problems I've had have stemmed from user error (before I acutally figured out how to use it properly). The script itself is incredibly stable.
