Ill be using the gremlin model for my animation of God Of Chaos. I have never entered an animation comp before so any constructive criticism is greatly appreciated :)

Here he is in pose to test the rig.

And the rig itself.

I have drawn up a draft storyboard which I will post once I have finalised it a little more.

Ok heres the storyboard I have so far.

It starts out in a large barron land and cracks appear, steam streaming out. Gradually a hole appears where you see the God Of Chaos' horns appear.
Next shot is a close up of the eyes, which change to an aggressive look. The next few shots are quick change through close ups of various limbs pulling themselves out of the ground.
The God Of Chaos slowly raises his head as the camera pans out, gradually showing the rest of his body.
The camera then quickly pans far out so the God Of Chaos is very far away.
Change to close up shot of his face, he is breathing heavily and staring at the camera, he then shouts a deafening battle cry, quick shot change back to the far away camera and he races quickly towards it(viewer/camera). When he races up close enough to the camera to only see his eyes, change to black.

nice storyboards! Maybe you should experiment with camera angles a bit.
Can't wait to see your animatic!

I'm still not sure about camera shots for the ending. If anyone can give me any tips that would be great

The awesome thing about animating in 3d over 2d is how easy it is comparatively to move the camera in a shot. If you're having trouble drawing different camera angles in your storyboards, bringing in a reference photo and copying the horizon line and perspective lines to create some different angles for your shots will help you out.

I've decided to change the ending a little as the camera shots just didnt convey the right emotions I was looking for. I will put up my animatic as soon as its done which should be soon!

Starting at scene 11 on the storyboard, ive changed the camera to a low shot looking up at the character, he then jumps forward, screen shot changes to a front shot of him jumping at the camera and destroying an object (tree, rock? not sure yet), from there, he springs up again and the camera changes to viewing him from behind and we see him destroying everything in his path.
He then stops suddenly, peers slowely behind him, staring at the camera (as if hes just noticed you) then springs quickly at the camera which then shuts to black.

Sorry, it may be hard to picture but I'll throw up some quick sketches then put my blocked out animatic up as soon as its completed.
