This is my first post here. I made them in Illustrator, using gradient mesh tool. Before I used to do a lot of illustration when I was study in university but nowaday I work on maya,so they all are my old work and the last picture I painted it an oil colour

You've used a lot of 3D so far! I like your style of modelling and rendering, it looks warm & colourful. This upbeat style would lend itself well to children's animation. Keep posting!
