Hey Everyone, here's a little repair droid I'm working on.

Specs are: 4500 tris, Diffuse 1K, and Normal 1K so far.

Still have to finish the Diffuse, it's just an ambient occlusion pass with a little color. Eventually there will be a 1K Spec map. The body of the droid is about the length of a human torso.

Can we see a wireframe? The main thing that stands out to me is how the "hands" are mirrored, I think this is a bit of a shame, the other hand could of been used for some other sort of function/feature/toolset.

I look forward to the texturing stage though, what sort of style are you thinking of?

The main reason I mirrored the hands was to save textures space, but come to think of it if I just swap the tool rather than the entire finger I should have just enough texture room for 3 new tools. Perhaps a circular saw/reciprocating saw, a mini flashlight, metal shears, or a drill.

Texturing I was thinking of a Portal Robot look. Mostly clean whitish shell over darker metal. Slightly used look. Maybe instead of the white shell it'll be a desaturated medium greyish blue. Probably won't have too much wear and tear or rust.
