here we go!
don't expect much..

this design is pretty out there but i hope it will work..

new stuff.

hoping the idea behind the madness is starting to emerge with the addition of the arms.
maybe?
i'm a bit behind and worried about finishing it properly in time.
not every thing is there yet.
it is mostly just decimated messes i want to retop and add to.
so that's the main reason it is rendered this way this time.

i'm not 100% on every thing yet.
the head may need to be larger.
i kinda want to make the lower legs a little smaller.
and then there is the matter of what sort if thing to put on the back, if any thing, as mentioned before.
these may be things that should have been worked out in the concept faze.
i'll spare you the excuses.
any ways if any one has cements or any thing, i can't promise to listen, but there still nice.

It sounds like you don't like the design of #2, I think it's quite good and better then #3. 1 & 2 are my favorites. Good luck, looks good so far. :)

Hi scruffy,

your designs look pretty good, I would combine the helmet side concept with the first one with red eyes and stack it. That way you get some cool more complex result. My personal pick would be design nr. 3, yet I believe that a combo of 1 + 3 would do both numerically and design-wise a better result. Put the shoulders of 3 over 1 and bingo. Keep up the good work!

drawing is not really my strong point. the different wing ideas are more general directions than final shapes. i'm thinking something between 1 and 3, that isn't 2.

so heres is the ruffed out base mesh for just the essentials.
not much else to say, just time to go crazy with the details i guess.
