One more update to my sketch.
My idea comes from the entrance for this world where each big "mushroom" hehe has his own enviroment with his weather .
its like a world with many alien experiments taken from other worlds . The rocks in the entrance shows a lot of signs to explain in his language what kind of experiments has this planet.

What you think guys? . Waiting for crits and comments
Thks.
i added some details in the big mushroom out there . And i decide to make a new sketch for my scene that i will upload on monday cause dont have scanner in this moment.
Ill apreciate some opinions and critiques .
Thanks

I think I get it... so each 'mushroom' has a bubble on top with controlled experiments going on inside it.
From your concept sketches, the colours look really nice. I like the mushroom idea and those blue seaweed lookin things. However the things in the very foreground look a lot like rocks from earth... perhaps make them more blue or something. Also, perhaps a little more detail could be added to the plane where the mushrooms are... some plant-life or something.
Anyway, cool idea, keep it up! I can't wait to see the final product!
Morlankey: thks for the advice and the coments:thumbsup: im doing right now a new sketch with this idea and ill do some tests with those rocks , and maybe dont put the rocks in the new sketch .
thks
one more update with some basic color on the mushroom
What do you think?:)

nice colors - very vivid. I completely understand how you feel about painting in the computer! I guess that's why it's called a challenge and not a contest!
So far, I like what you got. The foreground, middleground, and background are well established creating a sense of space. The only thing that is not clear to me in this regard is whether the blue across the top in your colored posts are stalagtites or sky. I'm not sure if it's part of a cave we, the viewer, are in or if it's the sky. It's difficult to determine partly because of the white space between the yellow part and the top blue part.
The most recent drawing of the mushroom helps clarify where you are going to go with those. Can't wait to see what else you got in mind! Mountains on mushrooms! that's nuts (in a goodway!) very creative!
rock on!
thks for your coments man  my new skecth is next to me but i dont have scanner right now to put my idea and all the mushrooms . ill put the sketch on monday .
Thks again , and im agree with you this is a CHALLENGE hehe
one more update. Im looking for a nice mood for my scene . Some colors to the sky ,water and mountains on the background.
Crits are welcome thks

that Idea is good indeed, with that amazing colors you've chosen for the mushrooms you may end up with a gem, I recommend you play more with arranging things inside it (Sketch)...

As to the rock on the left - contrast is so high that it is hardly visible. On the right in landscape image however it looks way better. Your light creates so sharp contrasts that I'd be affraid it will wash away most of the textures.
thks _Rk_ im agree with you . ill put some updates later with some shader tests and see how the texture match with my scene
Thks for your comments
One more update with textures.
Coments and critics are welcome . Thanks
