In maya's help sayd that if some one have problims with cloth pinching he should use priorities for collision objects. But what should i do if i have only one object?
Whole my character is a single nurbs object and cloth is pinched between elbow and arm. Is there any way to do it right or i should remodel my character?

You can simply build a polygon-proxy character and use him for solving the cloth, then you hide him as you render your character.

This is also good for the animation porcess. Usualy the nurbs model are rather heavy to animate, while the poy-proxy character are fast and easy to animate.
