ok,
heres a rough idea i've got in my head (and i do mean rough), i realise this image is perhaps difficult to make out, in other words a wee bit vague at best. anyways here it is, hopefully you'll understand the 3d version better :p

Well that floating thing certainly bends "slightly" the laws of physics. Pretty cool design!!:applause:

thanks,
my idea is a huge cavernous tunnel, overshadowed with these gigantic blocks of unknown substance, suspended in mid air moving slowly above the spectator.
i'll see which direction i'm going in
 :D

Just don't leave the person in. Alienware specifically said they'd rather not have a figure in the image, just the environment

i know they said no figures but, i mean it would be increddible tiny, only a hint of a character, meybe your right, thanks for your input, in the mean time here's a more refined version ( using the term "refined" very loosely  ) I'm going to try a quick placement/layout scene in max, maybe make a colour swatch

Nice idea! the floating objects are great. But they should't be too technological or the simple viewer will hink they have an anti-gravity device and thats a clishey!

yeah i'm planning for the blocks to be realy simplistic, very subtle and abstract and with any luck it might look good :D

The first one looked like graffitti, and it was good. The second one looks .... like .... i dunno... like nothing i've ever seen, but it's better! It's going quite well!! What kind of materials are you planning to use?

i'll take that as a compliment :p, here's a rought placement test for the blocks and a colour swatch i put together, i'd be glad to hear of any colour scheme ideas.
juanitopablito : textures, hmmmm i'll have to experiment :p
