View Full Version : How to make a soft body more rigid?

I'm making a tennis net and I need the net to be more rigid so when the ball hits it it doesn't move to much. What control would I use to do that? Thanks.

I'm going to avoid the temptation to make an immature joke about the thread title and recommend that if you have access to nCloth, to use that -- it has controls for stretch resistance, compression resistance, etc. all built-in.

I'm stabbing here, too busy to check. But, softbodies are just controlled by particles, so if you want more rigid sim, play with the conserve. Though, I agree nCloth has better options.

Oh my bad. I am using ncloth I just put softbody.
