Hallo, guys
I'm 26 year old girl from Ukraine. My first education is - IT specialty - Computer systems and nets. But I found myself interested in CG graphic. I can use free Photoshop and Illustrator, now I study 3d max 2010+V ray 2.0. I'm obsessed with all this stuff, but actually in Ukraine there is no Education for this. So I'm looking for good school or college, something similar to this

By the way the course is perfect, but I cannot afford it. The fee 10 000 euro.
What is more I've heard that in Germany most education is free. I'll be appreciated if you know college or school I can apply in Germany or in Holland...
