Hi all:

I have just finished this project called 21:00.

Its mainly done in Blender but I have also used other opensource software like PovRay, Gimp, Audacity and VirtualDub.

The voices of the characters are of my sister and I.

And the music is a gift from Hitless

Don't know how to start here :)
I see a lot of great stuff, especially the dynamics in the camera shakes in the train shots, but sometimes it feels quite static as well, the character animations are not as dynamic as the rest of the scene. This could definately use some work (not to be harsh, but it can be done better). One of the best tips I ever got was recording myself while playing the character that I was going to animate. Then you can try to match the video footage of yourself being the character to the character moving exactly like a normal person would :)
For example, if you walk, it's not just your legs that move, but you breathe, your head moves, your arms try to counter balance the weight shifts, everything in the whole body moves, which I didn't always see.
It seems to me that you rushed it a little, because there's such a gap in quality between the high action shots and the low (almost static) shots. Hope you get what I mean :)

Thank you for the critics and thank you for being so constructive. You are right. This was my first project and I have learnt a lot doing it. Now I'm working in another short film and one of the things Im doing is to record myself to get a reference for the animation.

I thing I have understood what you said and I really appreciate it.
