I would leave the tree on the nosetip away - looks to obviousperhaps when there is a lot of plants comming out it doesnt come out so much anymore

Very nice.

I, too, think the nosestree looks a little odd. Maybe it's the leaves themselves that make it look out of place.

I would be tempted to make bushy eyebrows - maybe use opacity maps for those to save polys.

Perhaps some hair too.
