CGTalk - Red Dead Redodo

Hi everyone,

We just wanted to let you know about our result from this year's Global Game Jam.

Red Dead Redodo is a side-scrolling platformer where you have to
save the dodos from extinction by guiding your followers to safer ground.
You can use and abuse your flock to overcome obstacles,
but make sure you’re not the only one still alive in the end.

During the jam, we had so much fun that we decided to continue working on our game,
and we submitted it to a contest for Unity3D games on kongregate.

I got really frustrated by this game! Its very playable but very tricky. I think there are a feel little bugs in the AI of the followoing dodos as in its really easy for them to get stuck running into a wall or just stop walking altogether.

I think if you ironed out the little bugs, this game would be a really awesome little thing that you could easily make work for the iPad. Because its tricky, I think people would really play it over and over.

So I think a really solid effort. Nice.
