What is happening around the side turn signal/badge area? Does the door open through there?

That part is a fin-looking decoration (awkward?)
The door line is the vertical row besides that.

very nice and clean model, i''m also working on a Z4 but my mesh is quite messy at the moment so got a lot to fix.

i haven't seen many poly cars made in maya, but this one certainly looks nice, one of the best 3d z4-s i've seen so far. keep up the good work. and it would be great to see a shaded version of the interior.
