Well, you do camera tracking when you create a virtual camera in your 3D software in order to copy the film's movement you wanna match.
You have to create a camera and move it like the real camera (the movie's one).

ah.... it means the animated bagrounds (any movie) camera angel and our 3d camera angel are tracking in a correct posistion... ??

Yes, there is indeed a camera tracking feature built into max. Just click the Utilities tab on the right side of the interface (the little hammer icon), and click "Camera Tracker".
If the camera in the source footage doesn't move, pan, tilt, or otherwise change position or orientation at all, you use the "Camera Match" utility.
But in any case, read the manuals. Thoroughly. Setting this stuff up requires lots of planning, on-set measurements, and the like. Hard to explain in a forum post.
